I spent 30 years in restaurant operations — as a General Manager, Executive Chef, and financial operator. I understand P&L management, labor optimization, food cost control, and what it actually costs a business when systems break down.

I have a BBA in Finance and an MBA from American InterContinental University. I apply that education every day — in P&L analysis, cost forecasting, operational design, and the business analysis tools on this site.
